The top two candidates running for mayor of Windsor have cast their ballots.
Mayor Drew Dilkens voted just after 11am at the Capri Pizzeria Recreation Complex in south Windsor.
Challenger Matt Marchand voted around 11:30 at the Willistead Coach House.
Dilkens says he's pleased with his campaign and felt it was very positive.
"Every campaign has a life and there's lots of energy and it goes on for several months so getting to the actual election day and being able to go vote and hear what people are saying whether your message has resonated is an important day," says Dilkens.

Marchand says it's been a busy four months.
"We've been at the mosque, we've been at houses, we've been canvassing," says Marchand. "We've been on the west end, the south end, we've been everywhere and just getting our message out about status quo verses change and the voters will render judgement on that tonight."
