Positive reviews for the new food court at Devonshire Mall.
The food court officially opened late last month in the former Zellers/Target area.
Mall General Manager Chris Savard says shoppers and tenants are pleased with what they see.
He says it was a busy couple of weeks.
"We've had wonderful numbers, wonderful traffic through the building," says Savard. "Lots and lots of positive comments both from our customers and from our tenants. It really has been a great experience thus far."
Savard says shoppers are still getting use to the changes.
"The food court space is very bright, very big, lots of new food court offerings," says Savard. "We've heard lots and lots of positive comments of the washrooms, the universal washroom with the fully accessible lift and adult change table and we're still working through the journey to zero waste."

He says the mall has began a journey to zero waste.
"Our food court is a little bit different than most in that we do not have any garbage cans and we know it will take a little bit of understanding from our customers but either you can leave your trays right on your table and our staff will bus those trays for you or there are two tray sorting stations along the walls," says Savard.
The new food court has 15 outlets compared to 12 at its previous site.
It also includes more seating.
