A suicide bomber is being blamed for an attack at an Ariana Grande concert Monday night in Manchester, England — killing 22 people, several of them children.
The sound of the explosion at a Manchester Arena entrance caused panic and chaos among young concertgoers, some still wearing the American pop star's trademark kitten ears and holding pink balloons as they fled.
Police say the explosion also killed the attacker, and wounded almost 60 others.
The attack sparked a nightlong search for loved ones and appeals on social media for the missing.
