The delegation list is growing ahead of next Tuesday's public meeting in Tecumseh to talk about fluoride in the drinking water.
Mayor Gary McNamara says as of now there are 19 confirmed speakers with an additional 10 to 12 on standby.
He says he'll strictly enforce a 10-minute time limit on each presentation.
"Normally I'm flexible but not on this one here," says McNamara. "What I'm hoping is folks come in and not be repetitive on the same thing and so forth."
Windsor has already voted to reintroduce fluoride into the water supply and, since Tecumseh and LaSalle get their water from Windsor, one of the two must also vote in favour for it to happen.
McNamara says he would like to see Tecumseh residents attend the meeting but it's open to the general public.
"Obviously there's others that probably went to city council and feel there's another kick at the can, so we're going to drop this to and come to Tecumseh," he says. "I mean the meeting is open to everybody, we don't say you can't appear."
While council will discuss the issue at the meeting this Tuesday and final decision will not be made until February 12.
McNamara says there will be no delegation at that meeting.
The public meeting on Tuesday starts at 6pm.
