Election season is heating up with three debates taking place Wednesday night in Windsor and Amherstburg.
Candidates for the Ward 5 city council seat will square off at 6:30pm at the Gino and Liz Marcus Community Complex on Drouillard Rd. in Windsor.
The five candidates running for mayor of Windsor have a debate scheduled at the WFCU Centre – doors open at 6pm for a meet and greet followed by opening statements, questions and closing statements.
In Amherstburg, residents will have a chance to interact with candidates at Western Secondary School from 6pm-6:30pm, followed by formal presentations and questions from 6:30pm-9pm.
The municipal election is scheduled for October 22nd.
