Windsor fire crews worked quickly to control a fully engulfed car fire inside a garage.
Fire crews were called to an auto shop on Crawford Ave., just north of Tecumseh Rd. around 10:30am Friday.
District Fire Chief Don Easby says workers were backing a vehicle off the hoist and a fire started under the hood.
One person was hurt.
"The workers were attempting to extinguish the fire using portable fire extinguishers," says District Fire Chief Don Easby. "One of the workers got a little bit of smoke inhalation, he was being assessed by EMS at the scene and did not get transported. He is fine."
