According to a tweet sent out by the town, there have been a few coyote sightings recently.
The town also says it does not trap or catch wildlife — so officials are offering advice to residents if they come across one.
A section on the town's website has tips on how to coyote proof your property such as clearing out dense brush and removing food.

There have been a number of coyote attacks on dogs in LaSalle including a fatal mauling on Bouffard Rd.
As you heard on AM800 News earlier this week, a Windsor woman is also calling on the city to post coyote warning signs after encountering one at Malden Park.
