The Cowboys beat the Lions with a field goal on the final play of the game

Brett Maher nailed the go-ahead field goal on the NFL game's final play as the Cowboys edged the Lions 26-24 in Arlington.

Maher nailed all four of his field goal attempts for Dallas.  Ezekiel Elliott compiled 240 total yards and caught a score.  

Dak Prescott finished with 255 yards and two touchdowns as the 'Boys moved to 2-and-2 and stayed unbeaten at home.  

Matthew Stafford hooked up with Golden Tate on a pair of touchdown passes in defeat.

Rookie Kerryon Johnson ran for a score as Detroit dropped to 1-and-3.

The Lions host Green Bay this Sunday.
