A "get swabbed" event will be held Wednesday afternoon in Kingsville to find help for a little boy with a rare form of leukemia.
The event is being put together by the Katelyn Bedard Bone Marrow Association for Nolan Trepanier.
A stem cell transplant is needed to help save the 18-month-old Cottam boy. Trepanier suffers from Juvenile Myelomonocytic Leukemia, a very serious, rare type of aggressive blood cancer that affects infants and young children.
The event is being held at the Kingsville Arena Room "B" from 2pm to7 pm.
Donors need to be between the ages of 17 and 35-years of age.
