A call to a construction site on Walker Rd. led to the arrest of two Windsor men for break and enter.
Windsor police officers were called around 8am Monday to the site just north of the EC Row Expressway where there had been a break and enter with a quantity of tools, supplies and other property taken.
A rental truck was seen nearby where tools commonly used for break and enter were found and a man was identified. Other officers in the vicinity located two males.
Using video surveillance, police determined them to be suspects in the theft. The key to the rental truck was also found in the men's possession.
Some property belonging to the construction site was located nearby and the Property Crime Unit continues to investigate.
Kevin McCandless, 37, and Kevin Houle, 31, are charged with break and enter and possession of breakin tools.
