With a month and a half left in Windsor's 125th celebration, there are still a lot of events to come.
Mayor Drew Dilkens spoke about those and also filled in a few details about the Bright Lights Windsor festival in Jackson Park.
There are already 50 trees in the park dressed with lights for the December 8th Opening Ceremony.

Dilkens believes the month-long event will be great for the community.
"It's one of those things people can rally behind, can unify behind and that brings communities together and that's what we want to do here." Dilkens says "We're a very diverse and multicultural community, we want the whole community to come out and enjoy this festival"
Dilkens says council is committing more than $1.5-million to this event.
