40,000 is coming from the Arts, Culture and Heritage Fund.
The City of Windsor is sharing over $40,000 among 15 local artists from the Arts, Culture and Heritage Fund.
Among the recipients is Windsor Pridefest which receives $4,500 for a diversity project.
The Windsor Jewish Community Centre will be getting $3,000 for the Jewish Film Festival.
There are also a number of individual artists who are receiving grants for various projects.
The selection was made by a jury of five local artists and business people.
