The Chatham-Kent Police Service is out with its annual list of silly calls from the past year.
Topping the list was some confusion over social media.
A woman in Chatham had posted 'he's trying to kill me' on her Facebook page.
Friends became concerned when they couldn't reach the woman and called police.
Officers responded and found the woman safe but a bit embarrassed.
She told police she had posted the comment in reference to the toxic gas in the room after her husband passed gas.
The list also includes some of the best excuses for speeding heard by officers in 2016.
One gentleman said he has just washed his truck and was trying to dry it off.
Another driver said, "This is an old car, there's no way I could have been going that fast."
