A global charitable organization has opened a new location in Windsor.
'Christian Horizons' recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony at its new location at 3050 Grand Marais Ave. East.
The group helps people with disabilities to accomplish their goals in Canada and in developing countries.
It supports nearly 2,000 people with developmental disabilities and their families through residential and ancillary programs.
It is funded by the Ministry of Community and Social Services.
