Two men charged arrest warrant issued for a third suspect

Murder charges have been laid against two Windsor men following a homicide on the east side.

Jarvas Anthony Scott was gunned down after leaving a house party on Heathfield Court early Saturday morning when an arguement erupted between the 23-year old and several men inside a white Pontiac Torrent.

19-year old Idrisso Palmer and 20-year old Neil Tap were arrested at a home on Josephine Avenue Monday morning and are charged with first degree murder and weapons offences.

A female associated with the home, is charged with two counts of being an accessory after the fact to murder and possession of a prohibited weapon.

An arrest warrant has also been issued for 19-year old Sumar Al-Rubayi who's wanted for first-degree murder and other charges.  

He also goes by the name of Ali Habib and is described as Middle Eastern, five-foot-ten, 200 pounds with short dark hair and brown eyes.

Police say he is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
