A Lakeshore man is facing charges following a fatal, head-on crash on County Road 22.
It happened just after 2:00 Saturday afternoon east of Wallace Line Road.
The OPP say a 70-year-old Lakeshore woman suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The driver of the other car was treated on scene by EMS and then arrested by officers.
Provincial police say 35-year-old Trevor William Hosie has been charged with operation causing death, dangerous operation causing death and failure to comply with a demand causing death.
Hosie was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
County Road 22 was closed for several hours between Patillo Road and Old Tecumseh Road as police investigated but it has since re-opened.
