A woman faces several charges after a stabbing in east-Windsor, and police continue to search for suspects in a downtown stabbing that left a man in serious condition.
Windsor Police Service was called to the 6300 block of Thornberry Crescent just after 8pm Friday. Patrol officers arrived to find a Windsor man had suffered non-life-threatening stab wounds.
He was transported to hospital for treatment and has since been released.
A Windsor woman in her 40s has been charged with two counts of assault with a weapon — investigators say the victim and his attacker are known to each other.
The Major Crimes Branch is still looking for suspects in a downtown stabbing that left a 34-year-old man in serious condition.
Police were called to the 200 block of Pelissier St. between University Ave. W. and Chatham St. W. for a reported stabbing at around 2:30am Friday.

Major Crimes tells AM800 News two men were seen fleeing the area after that incident but have yet to be identified — no one is in custody in relation to the attack.
