A single-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle last weekend has led to charges against a Kingsville man.
OPP say the collision happened late Saturday night on Fairview Avenue West in Essex.
Officers say they noticed signs of impairment when talking with the 42-year-old driver.
He and his passenger were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The driver is facing impaired driving charges and has had his license suspended for 90 days and his bike impounded for seven days.
