A charge has been laid following a fatal crash in Amherstburg earlier this year.
On February 13th, Amherstburg police responded to a single vehicle rollover on Concession 4 North around 3:30 in the afternoon.
A vehicle flipped into a field and caught fire.
There were four people in the vehicle, all 16-year-old boys from LaSalle.
16-year Nick Dyer suffered life-threatening injuries and died a month later in hospital.
