WINDSOR — A Celebration of Life will take place at the end of the month for a former Windsor city councillor.
The service for Tom Wilson will happen on Saturday March 28th at Victoria Greenlawn Funeral Home on Highway 3 in Oldcastle.

The 76-old-year was first elected to city council in 1985 and represented residents in the old ward 5, when the city was made up of five wards, which included the Forest Glade and Riverside area.
Wilson leaves behind his wife Carol, his two sons and four grandchildren.
The service will be held from 1pm until 4pm.
Cremation has taken place.
