A Windsor man faces several charges after a car that had been left running was stolen.
Windsor police were called to a residence on Hall Ave. early Wednesday morning on a report of a stolen vehicle.
The owner had left the vehicle in the driveway running, but with the doors locked.
An officer on patrol near Wyandotte St. E and Parent Ave. spotted a vehicle driving dangerously just after 4 am.
The officers followed the fresh tire marks in the snow and found the vehicle on Riverside Dr. E near Strabane Ave..
The 28-year-old is charged with theft of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen property, mischief, possession of break in tools and dangerous driving.
