18yearold driver is charged
A Windsor teen won't be driving for a while after being clocked at double the speed limit along the EC Row Expressway.
It happened early Monday morning near Dominion Blvd. when police clocked a vehicle at 201 km/h.
The 18-year old driver has been charged with stunt driving, his vehicle impounded and license suspended.
He also faces a $10,000 fine and possible jail time.
