The Lakeshore Canadiens are looking to finish off the Essex 73's Friday night.
The Canadiens lead the PJHL Stobbs Division final 3-1 and had a chance to sweep the series Tuesday night at home but lost 4-1.
"We just got to get our compete level up more than anything," says Lakeshore Head Coach Anthony Iaquinta. "They're a desperate team right now, they have to win so we got to make sure we bring our desperation level up a little bit higher."
Iaquinta says his team needs to play a full 60-minutes.
"When we're working we're a tough team to beat when everyone is doing it. When a few guys take shifts off, it becomes a little bit problematic so for us it's just making sure we come in, compete and do whatever it takes to win."
Canadiens forward Nathan Skulley received a five minute major and a game misconduct in the first period Tuesday night for checking from behind and has been suspended for two games.
Puck drop in Essex is set for 7pm.
