Gagnon scores twice, Topliffe makes 22 saves in Lakeshores 73 win over Wheatley
The Lakeshore Canadiens scored the first five goals of the game and cruised to a 7-3 win over the Wheatley Sharks at the Atlas Tube Centre Friday night.
Kyle Gagnon scored two goals for the Canadiens, while J-J Percy, Jake Nimmo and Connor Rosaasen each had a goal and an assist.
Mitch Topliffe stopped 22 of 25 shots to earn the victory.
Lakeshore has now won five straight and improves to 9-3 on the season.
