A ban on all non-essential travel across the Canada-U-S border is being extended.
According to a tweet from the Canada Border Services Agency, the ban is being extended to May 21.
All non-essential travel has been restricted at the border since March, 2020 to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Only essential workers like healthcare professionals and those involved in the movement of goods have been allowed to cross the border.
