The World Women's Hockey Championships open today in Plymouth Michigan with four games.
Canada opens against the U.S.A. tonight at 7:35pm.
The Canadian National team held their training camp this past week in Leamington, where they played a pair of exhibition games against the Lakeshore Canadiens of the Provincial Jr Hockey League.
Canadian forward, Brianne Jenner told AM800 Sports, "the guys are so big and their sticks cover so much space you just have to move the puck really quick."
Laura Schuler says "we've gotta play like we did Tuesday making sure we are aggresive especially in the forecheck and D zone."
