Canada Post is warning that some people may not have received their mail on Wednesday.
In a statement, the corporation says due to the current weather conditions, a Red Alert has been issued for some regions of Southern Ontario.
A Red Alert means delivery is suspended for the day and delivery agents will not be sent out because weather conditions have made it unsafe.
When service resumes, Canada Post is asking homeowners to help keep workers safe by keeping a clear and safe path to their home.
In the first two weeks of January, 100 employees were injured after falling while delivering to a home.
