The group will be in Ontario Divisional Court Wednesday morning at 10am

The group Citizens for an Accountable Mega-Hospital Planning Process is heading back to court.

Wednesday morning, the Ontario Divisional Court will consider the group's appeal concerning Windsor's proposed mega-hospital and development planned for the surrounding area.

CAMPP will be asking the court to consider several issues including ensuring emergency services are properly located, that planning properly considers climate change impacts and the potential impact the COVID-19 pandemic may have on the project.

The hearing will be live streamed at windsormegahospital.ca beginning at 10am.

CAMPP is asking for permission to appeal a ruling by the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal which dismissed the group's appeal over the rezoning of the proposed mega hospital location at County Rd. 42 and the 9th Concession.
