The Caboto Soccer Club has scored with the Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board.
The soccer club has partnered with the board and found a new home in the soccer field at Holy Names Catholic High School.
The soccer teams, which includes 600 local players, have had to practice, train and play their games at various city grass fields.
The partnership will allow the club to benefit from home field advantage at Holy Names.
"We just haven't had a place to call home," says Caboto Club Soccer President Egidio Mosca. "So calling Holy Names our home field, the kids will be familiar with the facility, they will be familiar with just the way the field plays."

Caboto Club Player Gabriel Steel is excited for the upcoming season.
"Caboto has taught us how to be leaders, on and off the field," he says. "I am really excited that our club now has the the opportunity to not only train on this brand new turf field at Holy Names but also play our home games, some under the lights which is really cool."
Catholic Board Director Terry Lyons says it is a win-win for all sides as the board has the opportunity to give back to the community.
The club was founded in 1951 and has won four Ontario Cup Championships, using several fields throughout the city.
The turf field at Holy Names was completed in 2018 and includes a 400 metre, six lane running track, bleacher seating and a press box.
