Antetokounmpo was 13 of 18 from the field and played just under 32 minutes with the game well in hand by intermission.
The Bucks led 70-41 at halftime and by as many as 34 in the second half of their 15th win in 17 games.
Former Piston Khris Middleton added 28 points and Eric Bledsoe chipped in 18 as Milwaukee improved to a league-best 47-8.
