Around 1:30pm, police received a call about a man seen with a gun.
Out of an abundance of caution, police notified the Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board which placed St. Teresa of Calcutta School on Meldrum Rd. in "hold and secure."
Police investigated and the lockdown was lifted around 2pm.
