A tentative deal has been reached at Integram Seating.
It was reached just before 6am as talked continued past a midnight strike deadline.
The ratification meeting will be held on Sunday, November 6th at 9am. Registration starts at 8am at Caesars Windsor in the Augustus Ballroom.
A strike at the Lakeshore plant would have impacted as many as 50,000 workers in the Windsor area.
The plant makes seats for the Chrysler Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan and Chevy Equinox.
Last month, workers represented by Unifor Local 444, voted 99.2% in favour of strike action to back contract demands.
Workers did not get a raise during the last four-year deal.
