Police surrounded the area between Wyandotte St. E. and Tuscarora St. with guns drawn. An officer could be heard on a bullhorn telling someone inside the building to pick up the phone around 12pm, according to CTV Windsor’s Ricardo Veneza.
The Tactical Unit brought in a robot at around 12:30pm to try and make contact with the two men inside, but there was still no response.
