Windsor's Ward 3 Councillor is seeking re-election.
Rino Bortolin will unveil his platform at 11am today.
Bortolin says he supports the creation of an active transportation and infrastructure fund that would focus on cycling, pedestrian safety and crosswalks while promoting the use of improved public transit.
If re-elected, this would be Bortolin's second term
