Successful boxing tournament in Toronto for Windsor area fighters
Three fighters from the Border City Boxing Club claimed gold at the provincial championship.
They were competing in the Ontario Bronze Gloves Championshp in Toronto over the weekend.
57kg Junior B Novice Drake Enriquez won by unanimous decision over Carter White from Fighting Island Boxing.
63kg Junior B Novice Jean-Paul Pepin from Border City defeated Ryan-Gorny Conner from Out of Scrapyard Boxing by unanimous decision, and 91kg Elite Novice Muntander Alrabeeah won by unanimous decision of Damian Henrique from Budo Canada.
Also from Windsor, 38kg junior A novice Parker Bailergeron from Fighting Island Boxing Club defeated Alexander McNeil out of Budo Canada.
