OPP say the 20yearold disappeared while swimming at Elora Quarry around 5 p.m. Sunday
The body of an Amherstburg man has been recovered by OPP near Guelph, Ont.
Wellington County OPP was called after a man disappeared while swimming at the Elora Gorge of the Grand River Conservation Authority just before 5 p.m. Sunday, according to CTV London.
First responders searched near the Elora Quarry off Wellington Road 18 Sunday night, but could not locate the swimmer.
The OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit resumed the search Monday morning and recovered the body of a 20-year-old man.
He's been identified John Daniel Howell of Amherstburg, Ont.
