Bluesfest Windsor organizers are reporting the biggest and best event yet.
The 2018 edition of the music festival on Windsor's waterfront saw a 50% increase in attendanc, according to event President, Rob Petroni.
He says Eddie Money and Vanilla Ice proved to be big draws.
"I think it's a combination of the acts and word of mouth. Online, when people purchase tickets, there's a questionnaire, "How did you come about coming to the festival?", and overwhelmingly it was word of mouth."

Petroni says Sunday night's 'Back to the 90's' show was was the highlight for many.
"It's was great. We had a little over 9,000 people there and completely stole the show from the weekend. Great crowd. All ages, literally, from 19 to 80-years-old. It was a great performance.
With extreme heat all weekend, more than 30,000 bottles of water were sold at the festival.
Petroni says next year's event will also be four days, but will be split up over two weekends in mid-July.
