The 81yearold comedian says his age and health should be considerations
Comedian Bill Cosby will learn his fate on Tuesday.
The closed-door sentencing proceedings took place in Norristown, PA to determine the sentence for the 81-year-old who was found guilty on three charges of aggravated indecent assault.
He is facing up to 10 years in prison for each charge, but he could get off with nothing more than probation.
A state board is recommending Cosby be designated as a Sexually Violent Predator.
