A bench warrant has been issued for the lone adult allegedly involved in a bullying video in Windsor.
Back in November, a cell phone video on social media showed a teen girl with special needs with her hands in her pocket surrounded by several teens who are screaming and threatening her in the area of Pillette and Wyandotte.
Five people were charged in the case including four youths and one adult.
The victim suffered minor injuries but didn't require medical attention.
19-year old Dylan White, who was charged with assault, was scheduled to appear in court this month but didn't show up.
His lawyer Frank Miller says he has no idea where his client is so the judge issued the warrant.
The four youths who were charged are still making their way through the courts.
