Kevin Durant will not return to Golden States lineup for game three in their series against Toronto

Golden State Warriors All-Star forward Kevin Durant is being ruled out for Game Three of the NBA Finals Wednesday night in Oakland.

Head coach Steve Kerr says Durant will miss another game as he works his way back from a calf injury.

Durant didn't practice with the Warriors in Oakland leading into Game 3 of the NBA Finals, and he has yet to get on the court for a structured session with the two-time defending champions.

He hasn't played since Game Five of the West semifinals on May 8th.

In addition, backup big man Kevon Looney suffered a non-displaced cartilage fracture on the right side of his collarbone area and will miss the remainder of the finals.

Meanwhile, guard Klay Thompson practiced Tuesday after suffering a mild left hamstring strain in Sunday's Game Two win and he's listed as questionable.

Game Four is also in Oakland on Friday before the series, which is tied at a game each, shifts back to Toronto for Game Five next Monday.
