1,095 homes were up for sale in September 2018
The average sale price in Windsor-Essex has hit $300,000.
According to the Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors, the average sale price last month was $301,966.
The association says the average sale price has been over $300,000 since at least June 2018.
It hit a high of $311,931 in July 2018.
The average sale price a year ago in September 2017 was $255,513.
The number of homes up for sale, was up more than 7% compared to a year ago with 1095 homes on the market.
The number of homes sold last month was down just over 5%.
