AUDIO Windsors 29th Mayor Dies

Windsor's first female mayor has died.

According to Mayor Drew Dilkens, Elizabeth Kishkon passed away on Wednesday at the age of 87.

Kishkon was the 29th mayor of the City of Windsor from November 1983 to November 1985.
