Windsor police have nabbed the final two suspects wanted in connection with a forcible confinement case.
A 19-year-old woman was held captive in a University Ave. E. apartment for 3-4 days, and was beaten and shot with a BB gun, suffering serious injuries.
She was found on Saturday night on Lincoln Rd. near Erie St. E.
Bridget Obirek came across the crime scene and helped the victim. She couldn't believe what she saw.
"They cut off all her hair," she says "All her hair was sitting on the floor in a pile of blood. She had a huge gash on the back of her neck and head and I said this woman needs an ambulance."
"She turned around and looked at me, her face was mangled, I started crying on the spot," says Obirek "She had bb gun pellets all over her body. They shot her in the side of the breast, they sliced the back of her neck open. They pistol whipped her and wouldn't let her sleep for four days. The only thing they did not do to her was rape her."
Police say her condition is improving and she is expected to be released from hospital soon.
Police had initially arrested four people and issued arrest warrants for two other Windsor men.
21-year-old Marcus Scott and 24-year-old Christopher Lucier were taken into custody yesterday at separate locations and are charged with Aggravated Assault, Forcible Confinement, Assault with a Weapon and Uttering a Death Threat.
Police believe all the suspects have now been arrested.
