One person in custody while another is in hospital
Windsor police are investigating an assault.
Officers were called just before 9am Tuesday to Erie St. and Elsmere for an assault on the sidewalk.
Police have taped off the area.
Police say one person is in custody and another is in the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Windsor police patrol and major crimes branch are investigating.
