Windsor police have made an arrest related to the armed robbery of a convenience store in west Windsor.
Officers pulled over a vehicle near Prince Rd. and King St. on October 25th for a traffic offence and determined the vehicle had been reported stolen and the suspect was arrested.
The following day members of the Major Crimes Branch got a warrant to search a residence in the 3700 block of Birch St. near Prince Rd.
Police seized property believed to be related to the Wednesday October 17, 2018 robbery of the convenience store on Matchette Rd. near Strathmore St.
37-year-old Kyle Parent faces charges of robbery with a weapon and possession of stolen property.
