Another charge of stunt driving in Essex County.
Provincial police say a driver was clocked doing more than 150km/h in a 100km/h zone on Highway 401 in Tecumseh on Thursday.
Police say the 25-year-old Brampton man will appear in court on September 24.
He is charged with racing a motor vehicle.
Police says penalties for driving 50km/h or more include immediate seven day licence suspension, seven day vehicle impoundment, fines, six demerit points and possible jail time.
