Reports indicate the boy and his mother were found at KFC in Tilbury.
The boy at the centre of an Amber Alert issues Thursday afternoon has been found safe.
Peel Regional Police were trying to locate Ethan Montes who was with his mother, 47-year-old Juliet Mohammed.
Mohammed's 2003 grey Toyota Matrix was seen at a KFC in Tilbury and Chatham-Kent police were alerted.
