The Ambassador Bridge Company is getting ready for the complete closure at the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel.
Director of Canadian Government Relations Stan Korosec says the bridge company has been in talks with Canadian and U-S customs, emergency services and tunnel officials.
"We're not expecting any big problems," says Korosec. We'll have extra staff on and of course the customs have assured us that they will have their staff that normally be working at the tunnel, they'll be over at the bridge."

Korosec adds it's expected the bridge will see less truck traffic during the 10 day closure.
"What's really going to kind of help out in this, is that FCA Chrysler in Windsor is going to be shut down during the month of October from what we understand the latest," says Korosec. "So that will see a decrease in truck traffic which will help process the additional car traffic that we'll have."
The closure will happen from October 20th to October 30th.
