Several large busts at the Ambassador Bridge are among the Canadian Border Services Agency's highlights of 2017.
Border service agents processed just under 25-million travellers last year in the Southern Ontario region.
During that time, officials say over 1,653 drug seizures were made, including 30kg of cocaine seized in September and another 30-bricks of cocaine in late December.
Over 1,172 individuals were removed from Canada, including an alledged attempt to smuggle 11 people in a transport truck through the Bridge in October.
CBSA in Southern Ontario encompasses Windsor, Sarnia, London, Fort Erie and Niagara Falls, and the surrounding communities.
