Congratulations to the Alpha Gymnastics Academy Pre-Competitive Team, the AM800 Sports Team of the Week.
This team of 12 gymnasts trains 16 hours a week at 4 hours a day, 4 days a week. They only entered the pre-competitive gymnastics world about a year ago.
Every girl on my team has a phenomenal work ethic and a positive attitude.
This past season each gymnast medaled at least once in the three competitions across Ontario they took part in, with one gymnast even scoring a perfect 10.00.
They were nominated by their coach Emily Routley
Each member of the team will receive a $10 Canadian Tire Gift Card and a Sports Team of the Week Certificate, as well as a $50 Canadian Tire Gift Certificate for the team.
